Every dollar gets its boots wet.
RiverTree Volunteers is all-volunteer, so your gift doesn't pay salaries — it buys trash bags and gloves, keeps the canoes and life vests in service, covers disposal costs, and puts tools in the hands of youth groups. We're a 501(c)(3); donations are tax-deductible.
Pick the impact that feels right
Cleanup supplies
Gloves, grabbers, and heavy-duty bags for a crew working a stretch of riverbank.
Give $25A day on the water
Life vests, paddle and canoe repairs, and fuel for the boat trailer on a guided trip.
Give $75A youth project
Tools and materials for a scout troop or school group's service project on the river.
Give $150Amounts are examples — every donation of any size goes into the same river fund and gets used where it's needed most.
You're funding the crew that pulled 8,900 tires
A tire buried in river silt takes a rope, a shovel, three volunteers, and a truck to reach a recycler. Multiply that by more than 8,900 since 2003 — plus hundreds of tons of trash — and you can see why gear wears out.
